WEBSITE  APPLICATION FORM  (ONLINE):

1. Go to www.delhipolice.nic.in or www.delhipolicerecruitment.nic.in.
2. Click on the “Recruitment” on the www.delhipolice.nic.in or “Apply On line for Sub-Inspector-2009” link on the websites www.delhipolicerecruitment.nic.in desired application form will open, which the candidate needs to fill carefully on online.
3. After filling the form, candidate needs to click on Preview button; a preview of the entire information filled in the application form will be displayed. Before clicking Save/Submit Application button, one can click on Modify Application button to go back to modify the filled application form information.
4. Candidate needs to review it carefully because the information once submitted Clicked Save/Submit Application button) can't be altered at a later stage.
5. If it is filled correctly then the candidate should click on Save/Submit Application button to complete the on line applications submission and click on Print button to take out print (on 300 dpi Laser printer) of the filled Application Form on A4 size paper.
6. After this a Thank you message will be displayed along with the Registration No. of the candidate. This Registration No. must be noted/printed properly for future use to check the status of application on login to one's “My Account”*. It can be printed easily by clicking on Print button on this page.
7. Affix firmly a photograph and put signature. (For detail refer to “Instructions for filling up the Application Form”)
8. Applicants are required to send the print out of filled in application form on A4 paper alongwith the fee of Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft/Banker's cheque in favour of DCP/Recruitment, New Police Lines, Delhi (Payable at Delhi) through ordinary post to Post Box No. 8020, Delhi-110033, and write on the top of the envelope "Application for the post of Sub-Inspector (Exe)-Male in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II)” or "Application for the post of Women Sub-Inspector (Exe) in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II)” .

1. Click on "My Account" link on the Home page of the site.
2. You can reach your "My Account" by entering your Name, Father's Name, Pin Code and DOB (using the drop down menu). This information must be exactly same as filled in his Application Form
   OR
   You can also login to your account by entering 'Registration No.' as User Name (UID) and Date of Birth as Password. Date of Birth must be same as provided in the earlier filled application form i.e. ddmmyyyy (without slash).

DOWNLOADABLE APPLICATION FORMS (OFFLINE):

1. Go to www.delhipolice.nic.in or www.delhipolicerecruitment.nic.in.
2. To apply offline, instead of clicking 'Apply Online', one can also click on 'Download Form' to download the blank application form to apply offline.
3. Applicants are required to send the print out of filled application form on A4 paper alongwith the fee of Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft/Banker's cheque in favour of “DCP/Recruitment, New Police Lines, Delhi”., payable at Delhi through ordinary post to Post Box No. 8020, Delhi-110033, and write on the top of the envelop “Application for the post of Sub-Inspector (Exe)-Male in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II)” or "Application for the post of Women Sub-Inspector (Exe) in Delhi Police-2009 (Phase-II)”.
   
   Note: Before filling up the Application Form, the candidates are advised to carefully go through the instructions given in the advertisement/website.

Instructions for filling up the Application form:

To fill application online, candidate need to open the Application Form by clicking on the link “Apply Online for Sub. Inspr.-2009”. You need to fill your Application Form in English only.

1. Name: Fill your Full Name as per your 10th certificate in the respective boxes provided as shown in the Fig.1
2. Father’s Name: You need to fill your Father’s Name as per your 10th certificate in the boxe provided as shown in the Fig.1
3. Husband’s Name: You need to fill your Husband’s Name in the boxe provided as shown in the Fig.1

4. Mailing Address: You must fill your House No. / Mohalla / Street / Locality, Village/ Locality, State, District and Pin Code in the desired boxes as shown in the Fig.2. You should also provide your Post Office name, Mobile No., Land Line No. and Email ID for smooth processing of your Application.

5. Category: You must check the correct option for Category as applicable in your case, as shown in the Fig.3
6. Other Category: You should check the right category, if it is applicable to you as shown in Fig. 3.

7. Religion: You must check the applicable choice for your Religion as shown in Fig 4.
8. Educational Qualification: You must check the correct option for Educational Qualification as applicable in your case, as shown in the Fig. 4.
9. Sportswoman: You must check the right choice as shown in Fig. 4.
10. Date of Birth: You must put your Date of Birth as shown in Fig. 4.
11. Whether belongs to Hill areas: Check Yes/No whether you belong to Hill area or not as shown in Fig. 4.

12. Bank Draft Details: You should put your Bank Draft Details as DD Number, Bank Name and Date o Issue in the respective Boxes meant for them as shown in the Fig. 5.
13. Have you ever been debarred….: You need to provide information here if you have debarred by UPSC or SSC from appearing in the exam as shown in the Fig. 5.

14. Criminal Proceeding Details: Provide the details of any Past or Current Criminal Proceedings if a criminal case is registered against you or if you are arrested, detained convicted, debarred etc. failing which it shall be deemed to be suppression of factual information. You need to provide details related to FIR, if any lodged against you or any court case or any offence committed by you as shown in the Fig.6. One need to select the either of the options valid for him.
15. Case Reference: One need to provide Case Reference here if in either of the cases your answer is yes for providing details of Item No. 15.
16. Declaration: By Filling the place and submitting the Form the Candidates hereby agrees that the information in the application form is correct. In case of any false or incomplete information being provided by the candidate Delhi police has right to cancel his application.
